bringing chocolate jewels to saint louis
AFTER graduating with a bachelor’s in hospitality management from mizzou, my dream was to own my own bakery. I followed that dream to the french pastry school in Chicago where I discovered that while i liked baking, i loved chocolate.
IT IS THE PERFEct combination of science and art.
AFTER working in Chicago and following my passion back to saint Louis, I came to a crossroads.
SAINT Louis is where I was born and raised, and it’s where I wanted to live, but it isn’t really a hub for artisan, hand painted chocolate boutiques.
so i decided to change that.
